Don't Get Caught with Your Pants Down-Fannie is Changing DU !
Make sure you check your files now and get them submitted because the 8.3 update may kill your deal if you have to re-submit. on August 20th, Fannie Mae will be updating DU and he following new rules will take place...some hot....some not so hot.  Here's my take on it:
