When looking for a home in a particular area - I'm drawn to market reports. Not necessarily graphs and charts - they look pretty but I'm not always sure what they mean. I just want to peruse some good ole' comparison shopping information.
Currently, San Lucas has 20 properties on MLS for the past quarter. (October through December) Only three are for sale, and 12 have sold. Obviously, folks have discovered the hidden gem of San Lucas and the incredible pricing deals for buyers available in this sub-division.

To find Skyranch, take Tangerine from Thornydale and go west. Travel south on Camino De Manana and you'll see the signs. I got a call today about some property and homes I haven't viewed in some time. It's a subdivision not too far from where I live, and they started out with beautiful model homes and a few lots for sale.
Unfortunately with the passing of time, the recession, the FEMA flood plain, the lack of local businesses, this area of town got hit pretty hard. More than one builder went belly up.
