buying a home: Washington D.C. - Maryland - Virginia - Where to Buy a Home - 07/17/12 04:39 PM
Washington D.C. - Maryland - Virginia - Where to Buy a Home So my son called me yesterday from Maryland, and had a couple of questions for me. I told him I'd put them on to Active Rain. :) He's considering buying a home in either Maryland, Washington D.C. or Virginia. As a generalization, he's wondering which state has more community value, and are there local crime links he can peruse. buying a home: How Low Can You Go? Home prices in Tucson, AZ - 09/20/11 10:39 AM
How Low Can You Go? Home prices in Tucson, AZ I work with quite a few relocation clients, and a familiar question I receive is, "When will the market hit bottom in Tucson?" buying a home: Buying a Home in Rancho Marana - A Lovely Marana, AZ Community - 03/21/11 11:13 AM
Buying a Home in Rancho Marana - A Lovely Marana, AZ Community Rancho Marana subdivision is an area of newer homes about five minutes west of Tangerine and I-10. This is a master-planned area of Marana that was hit hard by FEMA flood plain zoning a few years back, as well as the recession's effect on housing in the area. But Rancho Marana and nearby Gladden Farms is worth a drive by. Richmond American, Meritage (GREEN homes!), and Pulte are all back at work busy building up the community. Resale homes are at amazing prices for buyers as well.Currently, in
