San Lucas Offers Buyers Newer Homes at Affordable Prices
San Lucas is a master planned community that is just off I-10 going north on I-10 out of Tucson and Marana.  Richmond American, DR Horton and Lennar have been busy building here the past 7 years!

In  a quarterly analysis of the are, looking at new construction AND resale, there are 44 homes either active, under contract, or closed since the end of October.
Of those, 29 involved new construction. This is definitely a community where new construction is booming!!

Last April, I shared a post about the current conditions in San Lucas Community, a nice little "neighborhood" along Interstate 10 on your way north from downtown Tucson.  Most of the homes were built in 2007 or later, so it's a great "newer" community to investigate.
