It's been a long 8 years for Robert Swetz aka Vegas Bob/Alaska Bob at Activerain.
Within these 8 years Robert has formed 20 different groups that he moderates alone.

2 Major Leads have Vegas Bob flying home for 2 weeks.
In the last week Robert Vegas Bob Swetz received several calls from people interested in purchasing properties in Las Vegas and Henderson.
At first Vegas Bob thought these calls were just your typical calls from tourists just wanting to go for a free joy ride around the Las Vegas Valley.
Only to find out these 2 leads are the real deal!
So Vegas Bob will be flying home next week for 1-2 weeks and then back to Alaska.
The flight from Alaska to Vegas is only a 4 1/2 hr flight and a RT ticket … (15 comments)

I would like to wish everyone from Activerain a Very "Merry Christmas" early because I will be very busy the week of Christmas.
I would also like to thank all my Friends & Associates for all your emails about wanting me to stay with the Activerain network.

Robert Vegas Bob Swetz is going to miss San Jose California ...
Vegas Bob started working on the (New) Santa Clara Family Center in downtown San Jose in February 2015.
It has been a great project to work on, beautiful building and VB's last day working there will be November 25 2015.
Vegas Bob will post photographs after the project in complete and opens in spring of 2016.

2016: Some major changes coming my way

During the months of December and January Robert Swetz is going to be making some huge decisions on which direction he will headed.
Robert aka Vegas Bob/Alaska Bob might move his RE license to another company in Las Vegas Nevada.
VB/AB will also decide whether he is going to get licensed to sell RE in Alaska and or the state if California.
VB/AB is undecided about living in Alaska during the long cold winters.
And if he does live in AK during the winter he will not work period.

Around the middle of 2016 Las Vegas will be starting another Boom Time in Commercial Construction.
New homes across the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson are being built everywhere, and now it's time to start really filling these homes.
With Resorts World Las Vegas taking full swing around the summer of 2016, a 7 billion dollar project on Las Vegas Blvd, across from Steve Wynn's Hotels and close to Fasion Show Mall, RWLV will be a great location for tourists.
Along with RWLV the Bullet Train from Las Vegas to LA will break ground late summer of 2016.

There are some very large construction projects coming up in Las Vegas Nevada in 2016 & 2017.
Along with a boom in construction projects on Las Vegas Blvd and other parts of the city, comes a boom in home sales.
Right now the wait is because election year in 2016 creates a slow down of construction and uncertainty of investors, corporate America, etc.
There is a great chance that Robert Swetz will continue selling Real Estate in Las Vegas and work on construction projects for the next couple years.

Denali National Park around Mount McKinley in Alaska is by far one of the most beautiful places in the state of Alaska. Robert Vegas Bob Swetz has only been on the edge of Denali National Park, and never had the chance to get into the heart of the park. Robert Swetz is hoping sometime in 2015 or 2016 that he will be able to take the tour into DNP in Alaska. Alaska the "Last Frontier" - New Beginning for Robert Vegas Bob Swetz
Robert Swetz spent almost 3 months in Alaska in 2014. And Robert will be in Alaska for 10 days fishing the second week of July 2015.
And it is looking like Robert will also be visiting Alaska around December of 2015.
And Robert Vegas Bob Swetz is planning on spending around 9-10 months in Alaska in 2016.
Robert has hundreds of some of the most beautiful photographs he took last year while he was in Alaska.

Vegas Bob picked up a new book he has been reading and it has been doing wonders in the realm of happiness.
VB is only half way through the book, but a great moving book for him at this moment in life.
After working 6 days per week, VB and the other workers finally get a 2 day weekend.
VB is going to finish his book and hang out at the pacific coast around Santa Cruz California for 2 days ;o)

Robert Vegas Bob Swetz is working for a glass company now in San Jose California which will be finishing up later n 2015. Once this construction project finishes up the company will be working on a huge 27 story building in Hawaii. The company Vegas Bob is working for has asked him already if he would like to work on the project in Hawaii.
