Robert Vegas Bob Swetz receives Letter from Santa Claus House North Pole Alaska Vegas Bob was in Fairbanks Alaska several months ago and when he was there, her drove over to the Santa Claus House at the North Pole in AK. And when Vegas Bob was at the Santa Claus House, he met Santa Claus and filled out the visitors book at the front. Halibut Fishing Capital of the World Homer Alaska by Robert Vegas Bob Swetz Robert Swetz finally made his second visit to Homer Alaska last Sunday since his last visit in 2001. Robert had forgotten after all these years just how beautiful and relaxing Homer is, and really enjoyed his visit. In fact Robert liked his visit so much that he is searching for a small home or condo for future retirement in the next 4-5 years.

With the Holidays around the corner it gets very difficult to hang around the computer posting blogs, etc.
So this being said Vegas Bob is working strong on Crunching and Banging out enough posts to satisfy himself.
Vegas Bob really won't have time Thanksgiving Day and possibly Friday to hang around the Internet posting, replying and or chatting. Heck, Vegas Bob might not even be around Wednesday November 26th because he will be with family and friends ;o(

Winter in Alaska by Robert Vegas Bob Swetz 11-12-2014 Robert Vegas Bob Swetz is back in Alaska once again and actually enjoying the mild climate compared to the Lower 48. The storm that hit the Midwest several days ago missed Alaska and the temperatures are wonderful here in Anchorage. In fact yesterday was around 45 degrees with sunshine so Vegas Bob was wearing shorts ;o) The photo (above) is what the mountains look like away from the city of Anchorage and in town there is NO snow. Robert Vegas Bob Swetz Alyeska Ski Resort Customer Service Since Robert Swetz has been visiting Alaska off & on for the last several months of 2014, he has visited Alyeska Resort in Alaska. When Robert first stumbled upon Alyeska Resort, he was taken away by the beautiful mountain settings. And as a photographer, Robert took many photographs. Also while Robert was visiting Alyeska Resort he noticed the warm welcoming "Customer Service". Vegas Bob had some questions about room prices at the resort and prices about skiing, etc.

Well, here is the latest breaking news on Vegas Bob and the direction he will be headed. VB was in the Bay Area lining up work for construction glazing (glass work), only to find out he couldn't stand all the traffic. VB isn't about to spend hours stuck in traffic at his age, life it to short.
Vegas Bob is headed to Alaska for 3-4 weeks soon!
