Home prices still priced low in Las Vegas Nevada
I have been keeping track of home prices in California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, New Mexico in the southwest.
Prices in all these states have been rising and some more than others.
What I have also noticed is there are better deals on homes in Las Vegas than most of these others states mentioned.

For the last several years many of the deals were on newer homes that had a price range of around $120K to $150K but many of these homes have been bought up by investors and smart people.
