Vegas Bob just had to (repost) this blog by Sandy & Norm.
How true it is when agents use photos of such beautiful homes not even knowing they exist in these neighborhoods.
Similar to switch and bait homes ... Frustrating ;o/
The quick answer: They Can!
Trained in Professional Landscape Photography and having applied my critical ‘eye’ in how best to convey the story about the specific home being photographed, I know that keeping up-to-date with technology and the reaction of the public is critical for success.

This is such a great post by Sharon Tara, and I couldn't agree more about the terrible photos on MLS of homes across the nation.
Maybe what Robert Swetz should do is set up appointments across the nation with his hundreds of Activerain friends and associates and take photos of their listings for MLS.
Great photos can make such a difference and sometimes really sell a home, instead of photos like the one above.
The photo of the One Log Home looks OK on the outside, but what does the inside look like?
