I think it's "CRIMINAL" for Home & Property Values to go down, but Property Taxes Don't!
I have several properties in the state of Nevada, and several in the state of Minnesota and all the values of these properties has gone down. The values have gone done from 30-40-50 percent, so why haven't the PROPERTY TAXES gone down.
There should be some automatic adjustment to lower PROPERTY TAXES no longer than one year. And for any property owners that have had property values go down but not PROPERTY TAXES, we are getting "Screwed"

ripped off: Mortgage Loan Rip-offs different across the Country, many States hit harder than others!

Many Cities & States across the United States where hit different by the down swing in the Real Estate Market. And Banks, Loan Companies, etc. were ripping off people purchasing homes worse than others.
States like Florida, Nevada and Minnesota were some of the hardest hit. Also supply and demand played a bit part on how bad homes were inflated above what they were really worth.

Very seldom does Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz shop at Fry’s Electronics on Las Vegas Blvd South and there is a good reason why!
Vegas Bob was in search of a new GPS and radar scanner for his vehicle, so he strolled over to Fry’s Electronics on Las Vegas Blvd. There are other Fry’s Electronic Stores on the West Coast and I am writing this story and post for Fry’s Electronics Corporation and all stores.

Can anyone please tell me why GAS price always go up on the 4th of July?
It doesn't seem to matter who is President of the United States, every Independence Day (4th of July) gas prices go through the roof!
I would like to know why?
Is is to pay for all the fireworks that are purchased for the Holiday?
Is it because so many families and people take vacation because schools out and (Big Oil Corporations) know we need gas in our vehicles when traveling?
Is it because all the (Polititions) need some extra spending money for their vacations?
