The conservatory at the Bellagio displays huge flower arrangements for four different seasons per year, Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.

With temperatures in Las Vegas reaching 105, 110 & 115, it's a little toasty outside to be showing homes.
So that being said, who is interested in traveling to beautiful Alaska to look at some homes?
With temperatures of 50 degree lows and between 70 to 95 degree highs, what ideal temps for a vacation, or searching for a second home.
Another bonus about Alaska this time of the year is 22 hours of sunlight to play ;o)

If I was interested in purchasing a home anywhere in the United States in 2015, "Now" would be the time to purchase ;o)
Even without having a "Crystal Ball" to look at on the best time to purchase, etc, I seriously believe prices and interest rates are going to rise by spring of this year.
And Vegas Bob is predicting interests rates to rise around the middle of 2015 or early fall.
So for any persons interested in purchasing a home, commercial property or any real estate for that matter ...

I have been reading in comments about certain areas around the nation that have been getting hit with major snowfall.
I know this can be fustrating because I was born and raised in Minnesota with long cold winters with plenty of snowfall ;o(
Just hang in there like you have done so many times over the years my friends and Vegas Bob will have a chat with Old Man Winter and see if he can give you a break.

Now I know there are many people around the United States that have really gone through a tough winter. With the cold temperatures and record inches & feet in snow fall, well it's almost over.
Temperatures are really getting nice on the west coast, flowers are blooming, bees are buzzing around people are really showing a little more happiness ... "Thank God"
Spring is and always has been the best time of the year to sell Real Estate. With tax season and tax returns people either put down payments on Real Estate investments, or spend some of that tax return money … (18 comments)

Vegas Bob Has been plugging "The Bellagio Hotel & Casino" at the Activerain Network for over 3 years now, and it never gets boring. VB knows what is the best time to take photographs & videos, and that would be around 9-10 am Monday through Friday. Vegas Bob rolled into the Bellagio at 10am on a Tuesday just before the place gets really crowded and shot this video of the flowers, butterflies and more. I am not sure if it's Spring Fever, my wife being home safe from South East Asia or my new book coming out soon, but VB has a "New Attitude" ...
I purchased a new pair of Running Shoes the other day and started running over at Red Rock Canyon only 10 minutes from my home. I usually hike the Red Rock area but now I am running the trails.

Interest Rates are going up and will continue to rise, so will the home prices!
In Las Vegas there are very few homes to go around because Banks are sitting on them and only letting a certain number available for purchasing.
The reason is because Banks need to get the best price possible.
With Interest Rates rising, low inventory, and prices rising in Spring it will be very hard to be picky when purchasing a home early this year.
My suggestion to anyone interested in purchasing a home, know when the light is green and go!
