I spoke with my broker several days about advertising in California and he said NO! NO! NO!
I am planning on getting licensed in the State of California and continue to be licensed in Nevada. Well, I mentioned this to my broker several days ago and he said great! Then I asked him if I could advertise with a mail out to home owners in California that I am getting licensed and would like to sell their home ...
He said NO! NO! NO!

Some business owners have companies that at one time use to make money, and for some reason their companies just aren't making the money they use to.

"Resorts World Las Vegas" in a (New) Commercial Project by the Genting Group from Malaysia.
The construction of this project is suppose to last between 3-5 years. And if anyone is familiar with MGM City Center that was built in Las Vegas Nevada many years ago, personally Vegas Bob thinks this project is BIGGER.
VB is very excited to say that he will be working on this construction project for about 4 years. Unless his own Glass & Metal company produce more work and or business, then VB will leave RWLV.

Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz spent most of the afternoon showing homes in Lake Las Vegas to one of his clients. While showing several homes there were also two Open House's that VB and his client strolled into.
The last Open House that we looked at listed for $2,150,000 and it was a beautiful home. While the listing agent was showing us the home, VB started talking about how safe Lake Las Vegas is along with many celebrities that have homes at Lake Las Vegas.

Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz joined the Henderson Chamber of Commerce 2-14-2014. VB intended to actually join the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, but after speaking with a person at the Henderson Chamber he decided to become more connected to Henderson.

The banks in Las Vegas & Henderson Nevada are sitting on a HUGE inventory of homes, approx between 20 - 30 thousand, give or take. The banks are so greedy that they will slowly trickle these bank owned homes into the market so they can get the best prices possible. In Spring of 2014 as the banks drop their homes into the market, they will have very (low) price tags on them. Then investors along with home buyers will swoop into Las Vegas & Henderson to start the bidding wars … (6 comments)

Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz has been taken CE classes to keep his Real Estate license active. VB really doesn't promote to Home Owners or Home buyers because he is usually so busy working construction on commercial buildings on Las Vegas Blvd.
Well VB has some extra time on his hands because the construction project he was on is complete.
While VB was in his CE class yesterday he discovered that Home Owners are the number one way of producing great return in commissions.

Well along that stretch of California in Humboldt County is an area that is called "The Avenue of the Giants". The giants in this area are the California Redwoods and they are HUGE ...
I have been hiking along the trails that run through the Redwoods in California for around 35 years now. I first started hiking the Redwoods when I was a teenager and continue to visit my "Giant" friends every year.
