strengthening relationships: Monday Nite Networking

Can you network too much? For about one and a half years I have made a concerted effort to network at evry opportunity. And while there are the usual suspects at every event, there is always someone new to meet. I have added a new networking event, they meet every Monday at a different venue, which keeps it fresh. One of the best parts is working with one our new LO's. He is a 20+ year veteran who specializes in commercial loans, but he has never been intorduced to the networking side of the business. strengthening relationships: Time & Integrity

Respecting the time and integrity of your clients and referral partners can lead to big gains. As the President of my leads referral group, I am given the opportunity to meet people I may not have with out the referral. As I left a meeting today with one of those referrals, he said, "Treat me right and I can open up doors for you". When some people make statements like this I take it with a grain of salt. In this case, I know he meant it. Now its my job to value his time, live up to a high standard (0 comments)
