Hi all.  I am new to both active rain and to the profession of real estate.  I want to hear from all, what is your advice to get the ball rollin.  I am very very impatient and i want to get my 1st contract written!  Tell me what is your advice?????

Hi all.  Well today during phone time i have been rejuventated!!!  Good things going on, and what is something to know is 2 leads were from people who are VERY disgruntled with their ex realtors.  Believe it or not they weren't communicating with them.  That shocked me, sense i will about do anything to have a qualified ready to buy client.  But hey there lack of communication is leading me to some clients.

So i guess the biggest and best lesson there is communicate with your people.  But i am so sure that everyone at active rain does that!!!!!!!!!  But i have to say it puts me on cloud nine that i have a chance with these people now!!  Still waiting on my 1st contract!!!!!!!

Hi all, I am new to AR, and so far everyone has been super nice.  So thank you very very much for that.  I am new to the whole Real Estate game, but I am realizing something very very fast.  And its attitude!  If yours sucks guess what that is being read by potential clients.  If you act defeated, guess what chances are business isnt going your way right now. 

I have entered real estate at a very interesting time, but the one funny thing i keep hearing from the vets, is well I am going back to basics.  I was way to lazy about my business for a while and stopped doing this that or the other.  As for me, I am just starting so my fight for business has me trying everything!  People/clients/suspects hear things in a persons voice.  If you arent talking with a smile, well forget it.  If you are still crying about a good deal not going through, well you have just lost that next by your attitude.

Its hard though I know, everyday I wake myself up and say this is the day lots of good stuff is going to happen!!!  (and truth be told I am anxiously awaiting that day.)
