I have just reduced the price to $300,000 on this fantastic home in Longhill Gate.  Don't miss the open house this Sunday!  Come by between 1 and 4 because seeing is believing!

This condo literally has to be seen to be believed.  The 1456 square feet of living space includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry closet with stackable washer and dryer that convey, large living and dining room, an office/reading area and a sunroom! 
  
The unit has new carpet and paint and is the largest unit in Barclay Square; the screened porch has been converted into a sun room.   Barclay Square is very private and the construction is much more solid than modern construction!
