I have been a Realtor for 24 years. I have seen the ups and downs of the real estate world. The Federal Government has give First Time Home Owner Credit of $8000 ,also anyone who hasn't bought a house in three years is also eligible. Homes prices are leveling off and interest rates are a historical low level helping people attain their goal of home ownership. This help is only available until Dec.1,2009.;)
