It's that time again. Summer has run out of days for your kids and it's back to schood for them! You're thinkings, 'What? Already?!' It seems to happen earlier and earlier every year - the beginning of the new school year. Summer may be in full swing according to the weather but the calendar says school days are here again. So what you need to know is WHEN?! There is no consistency any more as to when the first day of school is. It not only changes from year to year but from state to state, county to county and even school (1 comments)
You're looking for a home for your family. You need lots of room; you want a yard, you want to live in a 'community'! Close your eyes and picture the home you want. Now look at 2203 Windermere Way - this IS that home! This was a model house and still could be. A 5 bedroom, 4 bath, 3 sides brick home with every upgrade. Notice the hardwood floors, the trey ceilings in many rooms, the woodbeam ceilings in others, the custom lighting and paint; even the (2 comments)
You Never Know What You'll Find Until You Look! - 07/26/11 04:46 PM
The internet can be a great way to search for a new home but unless you're the type to look at ALL the pictures for each home, you just don't know what you might miss! Most sites show a wonderful front shot of the home and hope that draws you in but a little bit more effort can show you surprises you wouldn't conceive could be there. 2447 Fallview Terrace is just such a hidden gem. The picture of this charming, bungalow style home hides a comfy style, with a touch of elegence and fun for the whole family and all their frieds! Located on (0 comments)

Morningside may be one of the older Atlanta neighborhoods but it is certainly still one of the most desirable. Through all of Atlanta's prodigious growth, it has always stayed in style. Located northeast of downtown Atlanta, it is considered a midtown community. The neighborhood began with very simple roots when in 1923 a local real estate company was looking to sell lots. Homes in Morningside are now among the more expensive in the Atlanta area, with recent sales averaging between $400,000 and $500,000. The local citizens group – Morningside Lenox Hill Association – was started to respond to a potential (0 comments)
Dunwoody Georgia has long been considered one of THE best areas to live and a raise a family in. All for very good reasons that are important to most families. Great schools, convenient access to just about everything and even in today's sometimes troubled world, an overall safe and secure area. What more could be asked for? Still, there are those who desire all the best things that Dunwoody living offers but feel a certain 'stereotype' of suburban living that just isn't their style. For all those people, fear not - Dunwoody is anything but a 'cookie cutter' or one (1 comments)
Brookhaven - Stylish Living at the Northern Perimeter - 07/05/11 04:17 PM
Brookhaven is another lovely community north of Atlanta proper and sitting just inside the I-285 perimeter. While once originally part of the North Atlanta region, it has since become known as a separate identity and has established its own distinctive character. Like nearby Dunwoody and Sandy Springs, Brookhaven is also considering establisihing itself as its own city.
The neighborhoods that comprise the area of Brookhaven include Historic Brookhaven (which is where the area’s namesake originates from), a largely residential area that is widely renowned for its lush housing design. Historic Brookhaven is home to a number of community events, with (0 comments)
