I went shopping at the Wal-Mart last night in Alpharetta to get a few things and I was surprised to see how empty the store was. There were no crowds on every aisle as usual. In fact I thought it was Cinco de Mayo, but even the restaurants around the store … (22 comments)
Often I have potential buyers call and want to see a property with little or no notice. I acknowledge 24 hours isn't always possible and you might loose the buyer. But there are plenty of good reasons 24 hours is a good idea. 
So often, I comment about time slipping away so rapidly, it's like a roll of toilet paper; the closer you get to the end, the faster it goes!
If you want your home to sell it has to be advertised to potential buyers 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Information on your home has to be available to potential buyers all the time, not just when you're having an open house or when there is an ad … (2 comments)
