Just received an e-mail this morning...It looks like the sub-prime lenders are starting to slowly come back......almost as slowly at 1st as they left! They are definately tougher, and their rates a bit higher, but...... theyyyyy'rrrrrrre baaaaaacccckkkkkk.:-)
