avg sales price: Williamson County, TX stats for December '07 - 01/09/08 12:42 PM
Once again I got some great stats for Williamson County from Gracy Title today and thought I would share them.  These compare the average sales prices in December of 2007 to December of 2006.  Some interesting data here....

Avg. Sales Price: $172,821 (2007) - $168,929 (2006) - up 2% over Dec. of '06!
