After much thought (and sleeping on it over night) I do believe that it will always be an ongoing problem to voice ones opinion and get a negative reaction....instead of acceptance that we are all human. We all have different thought patterns, beliefs, and opinions. I like being different.

Yesterday there was a post on here by the user maitski about excuses realtors make to avoid being the best they can be. It had a list of "if only's" and it reminded me of a sermon I heard in church about "the myth of all set". 
So things may not be looking so bright and shiny in the real estate industry as they once were, nor may your wallet be as thick. BUT, does that mean it's time to give up? NO WAY!
If your business is good, then you stay very busy. Just don't over do it. Make sure you take time for yourself. It is easy to burn yourself out. The first year is usually fairly daunting. I know ALL I did was work, 24/7.
