Unfortunate for BIG BROWN - he comes in last (but hopefully not injured).  Kent Desormeaux, Big Brown's jockey says that he has "no emotion" - he is "numb" and he just tried to ease up to save Big Brown.

Today is the last leg of the three segment thoroughbred horse racing classics, The Kentucky Derby, The Preakness, and The Belmont Stakes! The winner of all three, of course, becomes winner of The Triple Crown of Horse Racing...a fete which is rarely accomplished!

Did anybody see the Preakness?  Big Brown was so majestic, and he seemed to have won with such ease!
He finished 5 1/4 lengths ahead of Macho Again.  He finished the Kentucky Derby 4 3/4 lengths ahead of the others.  Can anybody beat him?  As of now, he is undefeated.
