In Real Estate, there is a saying, "Facts and Figures don't lie, but people often do." It sounds pessimistic; however money can make people do strange things. So to protecting oneself is imperative whether you are a 1st time home buyer, a potential second home buyer, or an experienced, knowledgeable investor.
