Caesar salads can be huge fat traps with their creamy dressings and deep-fried croutons. Not this one. Ingredients:
· 2 large heads Romaine lettuce
· 4 tbsp egg substitute
· 1 large garlic clove, peeled, sliced in half
· 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
· 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
· 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
· 1/2 tsp salt
· 1/4 tsp fresh cracked pepper
· 1/2 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
