I am astonished at some homes I see for sale! I am amazed at how empty, dark, cold and uninviting they appear!
My family and I decided to take a small vacation to the Oregon coast to go camping. When we planned this in February, we thought for sure it would be a lot warmer and dryer than it is on day one.

Well today isn't so great for me. I'm down and out with a cold I think. Body aches with no chills, stuffy nose, chest congestion for the past 2 days. I'm hoping to get better tomorrow for there's a bunch of trainings and appointments I need to keep.

It is Sunday - Just For Fun
Today is December 14, 2007. Our office is located in Columbus Ohio. That means it has been cold here for about 45 days. Longer than that depending on your definition of cold. 
With pounding run in much of our area last night ( very well needed I must add ) the cold front followed. Winter coats are needed as the children walk to school or their bus-stops over the next few days. If you haven't winterized it's never to late.

Sacramento's Real Estate Market
While I was on Active duty in 1969 and1970 I was stationed at Ft Wainwright Alaska. I just checked and we have 50 AR'ers in Alaska. Although I live in Hawaii now, I will concede that Alaska is the most beautiful and humbling place in the world.
Anyone else tired of shoveling snow? Anyone else tired of naked trees and brown lawns? Anyone else tired of frigid cold? I know I am.
