I have lots of questions about the differences between and FHA mortgage and a "regular" (conventional) mortgage, and what a negatively amortized mortgage is. I also hear "how come online it said I qualify for $400,000 and you're only saying $170,000???" (Those are totally random figures - keep that in mind!)
