You ever just get so damn tired of something you have no control over you just want to scream?
Hopefully you haven't seen a sign like this in neighborhoods where you have listings. Unfortunately I have. As a matter of fact a few of my listings have fallen victim to the wildly advancing copper prices and the criminals that are exploiting it. I used to blame it on those "types". Lawmakers across the country are trying to save money with drastic and potentially dangerous budget cutting proposals by releasing thousands of convicts from prisons. Oh these Officials acknowledge that the idea carries some risks but say they have no choice because of huge budget gaps brought on by the slumping economy.
I picked up a new client on Wednesday. She's a criminal attorney looking for a construction loan. I interviewed her on Wednesday, but needed copies of her last two years tax returns. So I made an appointment to meet her at her office on Thursday. Great office!
