California is getting tougher on Realtors who misuse the Realtor trade name. I believe that NAR is very strict with this issue too! Just a quick question for all of you...
I'm going to be getting my ABR designation after I sell a few more houses as a buyer's rep. I passed the ABR test today. Wohoo. One of my instructors, for the ABR class, had at least 7 designations. It appears that the main designations are GRI, ARB, CRS and e-Pro.
