Just got back from the awards presentation for our Company headquarters at Cherry Creek Mortgage. A few nice things that I experienced. The BEST thing about living in/around/near Richmond, VA is that it is so very self-sufficient. Very little of the huge ups and downs have we seen here...while the Nation was struggling, Richmond real estate was UP 3%. While forclosures abounded elswhere, Richmond stayed strong!

Who will be best at working out the "Housing Crisis" that the politician and the media think we are in?
Recently, one of my neighbors asked for my perspective on the Phoenix area real estate market. He's has a strong economics background, so I knew that he'd want more than just my perspective and experience, so I shared the following three web sites with him. 
I would say that at least this month, the newspapers should rank economists below used car salesmen and loan officers when it comes to the listing of "who can you trust". Of course all three would rank above politicians.
Guess what, as I keep trying to relay to my clients and associates; the Hot Springs and Garland County, Arkansas Real Estate market is not spiraling out of control like Las Vegas or Florida or parts of some 20 metropolitan areas across the country.
