Last week the New York Times published an article about elevated levels of radon in granite. The article says that the EPA has been receiving calls from inspectors and homeowners that have had high readings coming from their countertops.
Our Generate 1.6 millions has tons of household hazardous waste each year in the form of paints, cleaners, oils batteries, pesticides, and computer equipment, just to name few.
Be sure to do your homework. Don't wait for a buyer to find faults with your listing.
