This is my second post today inspired by a post I just read. Lenn Harley has a great post HOMEOWNERS, IF YOU CAN'T SELL, EITHER RENT OR STAY WHERE YOU ARE. You can't "just walk away". Lots of good advice and many great comments on responsibility and such.
