If no more homes go active on the market we have a 10 month supply of inventory.

Last week (August 2, 2007) the City of Milton, Washington announced they have awarded the survey contract to begin construction on the Milton leg of the Interurban Trail that will (eventually) link Tacoma to Seattle via paved pathways.
