flipper: Do I dare tell my clients? - 08/03/07 11:30 AM
Do I dare tell my clients about private rehab money? The moderately priced (nice verbiage, I know!) residential properties our clients purchase are often bought at a discount due to the need for repairs, foreclosure, bailouts and so on. The objective of our clients is either "Buy to Hold" for their own portfolios
