florida law: This Past July, Florida Law Changed for The Worse! - 10/02/08 12:40 PM
In July of 2008, in the great state of Florida, it will no longer be required of agents to disclose a Transactional relationship with Buyers or Sellers! How did this happen? This could be the greatest boner ever passed! Great job NAR for not taking a harder look at this one.

Would you operate on yourself? Certainly not. Doing so without training (unless you're in a life raft in the middle of the ocean) is what you might call a Bad Idea.

Can a buyer write an offer contigent on the sale of another home?  Is this customary or rare?
In the State of Missouri we actually have an addendum you can check that states the contract is contingent on the sale of a home or the closing of a home already under contract.  … (1 comments)
