Do you know people who continue to go through life with unforgiveness in their hearts? Boy I do and they are so miserable! I have several people that I am close to that have so much bitterness inside and it is eating them alive!
When I was younger and the biggest thing we could think about was joining the the Army or Navy. The thought was there, and yet the values and leadership that would be instilled into individuals would last a life time.
I don't think I have anything to apologize for today, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to say "I'm sorry." It's a simple phrase, and it doesn't absolve anyone from responsibility, but it offered as a contrite expression of a misstep, it should be accepted.
