I was going to blog on a completely different topic today (and 2 times in the past - different topics, same problem) but I need to take a moment to vent. Hopefully some of you have had the same problem and I am not uniquely unlucky (or slow!).
You know...it's a frustrating thing when your client believes and understands that you're a professional and clearly can offer advice and direction and a service that they themselves can not provide, and then can't or won't accept your direction.
The Real Estate Associations are realizing it! California and Florida, especially! The Brokerages are realizing it! The Realtors are finally realizing it!
