I have heard Real Estate Agents complain about using a Transaction Coordinator. The most common Agent comment is they ending up doing all the work themselves. 
Before I ruffle any feathers, it doesn't matter how you vote (and I'm not going to tell you how I vote). I'm not taking sides here, I'm just illustrating an example.
