Being homeless has been a growing concern for many decades and keeps growing. How does one define homeless? There are a few varying definitions because of how someone can be accounted for. The main definition is that of someone who lacks a fixed, regular, and adequate nighttime residence. 
In our local paper, somewhere between which Colorado city is the "highest" in North America and news on a local teacher that is in A LOT of trouble, there was a refreshing story about our local homeless situation.
