inspectors: Kentucky Home Inspector on Flu versus Carbon Monoxide Poisoning - 06/30/07 04:55 AM
The flu and carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning share many symptoms: headache, dizziness, nausea, weakness, confusion and fatigue.  However,  while CO poisoning does not come with a fever, the flu does.
If you have flu symptoms, but no fever, remind your physician about the possibility of CO poisoning.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) … (3 comments)

inspectors: Pre-Sale Home Inspections vs Home Staging - 06/14/07 09:02 PM
Pre-Sale home inspections; a great idea.  I would highly recommend any client to get a home inspection done before placing their property on the market. I wish I was qualified to do them, what a great tie in for a full service home staging company.
Here's my beef.  I did recommend a client … (8 comments)
