The LA Times shut down it's Real Estate section this week adding more evidence to what I have been trying to tell home sellers for the last several years.....PRINT MEDIA IS A WASTE OF MONEY, TIME AND EFFORT!!!

The stock market is betting that the housing market has hit bottom and that things will soon start to turn around. I had heard that the stocks of major builders had risen significantly on Monday but didn't have a chance to check it out until this morning.
