I was reading last week where some Stagers had their online photos stolen. It disgusts me that someone would be so unprofessional, but then again I have heard stories of Stagers' advertising materials being replaced in their Staged Homes. Who'd a thunk it? Some people have no bounds.
We are probably all aware of the new cell phone law that went into effect a short while back.It is illegal to talk on your cell phone while driving now unless you have a wireless set up-blue tooth etc.

I have been searching the internet to find out exactly what the disclosure requirements are for my state and I finally called the legal hotline. They directed me to the Florida Administrative Code 61J2-10.028 Kickbacks or Rebates.
