IS THERE A MAGIC FORMULA FOR SELECTING A FARM? 
I'm not sure what to make of this market. I see people buying/selling and refinancing their houses (but not at volume of 2006).....and I just plug away to obtain additional market-share from the surrounding Realtors and Mortgage Consultants that are using other Title Companies.....I'm not really 'analyzing' the market per se.
