I recently made several posts referencing Transit Oriented Developments (a/k/a TOD's).  A TOD is a development project (usually mixed use or residential that is adjacent or in very close proximity to mass transit (usually rail, such as DART Rail).

Could it be? Is it possible? That our two counties, Pinellas and Hillsborough may eventually be connected by a light rail system?
