How many times have you looked at a listing in your MLS with no photo, no room dimensions, and no lot size? I am sorry to say that I find this quite frequently in our MLS.

We continually complain on activerain about the bad photos submitted to our MLS and how these photos do a very bad job of representing the seller's property.
Over the past few months, I have noticed several AR Stagers who had taken close-up photos of a feature from their staged work. Very close-up photos. These photos speak for themselves, although they're probably not saying what the listing agents wanted them to. They aren't the worst photos attached to the listings, they are the ONLY ones.
With as many homes on the market today, I have found that alot agents will rush a listing on the MLS right away without pictures, and will add them a few days later sometimes several days later. I have never understood this because most Realtors and active home seekers will be the … (8 comments)

So I'm browsing through the MLS tonight searching for some homes to email a new client and all of a sudden I realize I'm getting confused about what time of year it is. 
....until after we've finished staging the property! We just finished staging a home out in Longmont last week for a super sweet couple that is being re-located back to California. They were some of the most organized people I'd met, but they still had the normal 'clutter' that is LIFE!
