In case you haven't heard, Montgomery County Police has launched an addition to their Traffic Camera initiative: new street cameras aimed now at Speeders. In March, Rockville began its "Safe Speed" program. As a pilot program, speed cameras have been placed in neighborhoods with posted speed limits of 35 mph or less and school zones.
