Any "material inaccuracy" in the financial information disclosed by or on behalf on the borrower on behalf of the borrower during the orgination of the loan.  It can be broken into 2 sub-classifications:
Fraud for Housing (Borrower Fraud)
Fraud for Profit/Commission (Industry Insider Fraud)
