nasdaq: Ulster County, NY, Market Trends 1995-2007 - 11/09/07 11:37 AM

This is a very interesting chart, showing average sale prices during the time between 1995 and 2007. With everthing that has been going on on Wall Street (Dow Jones, Nasdaq, Oil prices, etc), prices in Ulster County have steadily gone up, from $100,000 in 1995 to $300,000 in 2007.
