During the holiday times our safety shouldn't be neglected or ignored. Realtors are famous for being friendly, outgoing and welcoming to everyone. Most of us wouldnt know a stranger if he/she came up and waved a flag at us.
There is no question that there are fewer buyers during the holiday season. But there are fewer sellers too. As people remove their listings to ensure privacy during the holidays those that need to buy have fewer options.
It's unfortunate that so many Sellers still hold on to the notion that having an Open House is an absolute must if you are going to be able to sell their home.
