My friends who know me well call me ART, which is an acronym for "anal-retentive tracking." It's because I just like to track things and I love lists.
This week, among all my showings, I showed one truly exceptional home. It didn't have the fanciest appliances or brand new fixtures. It did have pure, uncontaminated, organization everywhere we looked. And boy, oh boy, did it stand out in the crowd.
