With all the ongoing issues with obtaining insurance for coastal properties I thought it would be important to let everyone know that Liberty Mutual IS offering insurance for these properties, although there are some guidelines I have found MANY homes are indeed insurable...anyone running into this with clients?

In early December, my PC was giving me grief... running slow, taking forever to turn off, error messages, just awful. I decided I needed a new computer in order to return to productivity. I was spending way too much time waiting for my computer.
