Hopefully everyone is starting to get more business as the people escape from their winter hibernation !!!
I'm doing well and having fun.  There are a few inspectors in my area cutting their fees to get the business and I can't or won't do an inspection for $175.00.

I've heard a lot of different opinions about how this year is shaping up.  From GREAT to I'm looking for another profession.
